Adequate breakfasts with baked danishes and croissants and toast, helpful and gentle stuff. The marvellous location for the price, close to good restaurants, stores, theater and Obelisco and Corrientes another major street. Besides, very convenient to Multiteatro: D

Recently refurbished room with a king bed. Magnificent and incredible location in the Microcentro district. Right by where Tango dances are performed at night. Located downtown next to Florida street. Great for shopping for leather jackets, changing money, buying souvenirs, and visiting great restaurants. Close to the harbor and other interesting places.

the room we booked was quiet and newly decorated with new mattresses and a King bed. We liked fresh bread, cereal, fruit, and croissants for breakfast. 3. the location was marvelous and unbeatable, near the pedestrian street, the Calle Florida shopping area, and Downtown.

We truly enjoyed staying 2 nights here. We had a wonderful time in this small hotel in Buenos Aires. Incredibly nice and gentle staff gave advice on things to do. It had a lot of meals for breakfast, including fresh bread, cereal, fruit and croissants.

The location for walking is good, the hotel is nice and has good design. In general as a dormitory and going out for a walk is good. The security inside the hotel seems very good with the card system.
If you have to take a taxi, no cars pass by the door and you have to go to the corner with suitcases. gives insecurity and more for hours of the night that changes the atmosphere in the area. mattress could be changed since it was in descent to the outside (you can see the excessive use). Although the room is nice and correct, it is small with a sliding door to the bathroom, it does not have air conditioning control, only a key on the wall that turns on and off (in my case it was hot and I could only open the window). It only has blackout curtains but there is plenty of light coming in through the window and area is noisy even at night and has no insulated windows. breakfast left something to be desired. yogurt looked like milk with taste, orange juice was juice from the ugly envelope.

The location and comfort... I don't think about the breakfast because I hired without that service...
There are 4 of us and we took 2 rooms (they didn't have adjoining rooms, on the same floor), they made it clear that they were giving us a superior room to the one we had hired (I didn't understand very well why). But, in spite of being "superior" rooms with very good comfort, those were very hot days in Buenos Aires and air conditioning (central) did not work very well (the only really well cooled place in the hotel was the reception area). Besides, fridges in the frigobar of both rooms (which were quite old) defrosted and water came out from underneath, wetting the floor of the room, there was no way to make them work (the truth is not understood as both fridges broke down at the same time and when I made the claim they didn't have a technician available). We were offered a change of room but considering that our stay was short (2 days) and amount of luggage we had we stayed in the same room.

The location is good but being a pedestrian street what I don't like very much is to walk around with two big suitcases and backpacks each :/
When I arrived, the reception was a luxury, I thought that this is how the rooms would be but on the contrary, when I arrived to the floors the worn and dirty carpet predicted what would come... very small room, old television, bathtub without a plug to use it (maybe I wouldn't have used it), dirty air conditioning, worn mattress, bed that made noises because of how old it is. The first night was desperate, my allergy was waiting anxiously for the day to come and go out to breathe fresh air! In spite of this I see that the waitresses make an effort to maintain orderly and "clean" the room, the problem is that it is a very old hotel - remodeled and in which their walls are so fine that we could listen from unwise sounds to the noise of the elevator when it was used. The staff does not even greet you when you arrive, but with my partner we decided to be polite and when arriving or leaving always greet us despite having no response, the gentlemen who received us very serious and unkind. We paid one day the breakfast and truly with that money you can go out to buy better breakfasts, but well we did it for reasons of time.. Finally, I forgot something in the hotel and until now I hope they will report me and help me to find a solution, however I have little hope.

Hotel staff is very kind and they provided the information we needed.
Breakfast room can be a little busy and the food can be improved, but it's not a big problem.

the location of the Hotel was excellent and the breakfast was good enough.
the basic hotel room is really really basic. We picked a non smoking room and the floor and the room smealt badly. The air conditioner was bad too.

It's an ordinary hotel, there's nothing spectacular about it
Low attention in obtaining medical help in a serious emergency caused to my wife at 04.00 am, which presented a fever, loss of pension and breathing difficulty. I waited 4 hours for the doctor to arrive, but he never did. (I found out that the receptionist called Sapu, who later confirmed that they only deal with street accidents, public roads, but not emergencies within a hotel. Those hours of waiting caused by this Hotel, what I avoid my request of medical emergency, is unforgivable and inexcusable.
